Force Sensitive Archive

ok so i was thinking this wasent going to be so hard as this will be my 6th and final unlock and all others have been so easy. but it wasent so.. i got the shield decoder or whatever you call it and it worked on the first base i went to.. i entered and was killed pretty fast lol ( before i even got to the commander) .. so i got rebuffed, got another shield decoder, and tried like all the bases and the code didnt work on any base.. does anyone know if its possible to just start over or do i HAVE to have someone powerdown the shield for me now? im so frusterated .. =( lol
