alright i know when u hit initiate those skills u got from the quests are the skills u get...plain and simple but (i may have answered this question with my previous statement) say u unlcok another branch B4 unlocking jedi...can u still go up in that tree? and when do ur skills lock ? when u get ur next character slot (padawan)?
You can continue unlocking and training additional f.s. skills indefinatly. Once you reach the level of padawan, you
simply must have @ least 6 full branches, (24 skill boxes) of f.s. skills @ any given time. Meaning, if you would like
to change up your f.s. skills after padawan, you just train a 7th branch which will then allow you to "surrender" the
f.s. branch you didn't want...

Once you unlock a branch you need to fill in the skill boxes with xp, just like any other profession. These boxes require the specific FS xp for the tree you have unlocked in (Combat prowess, Heighten senses, etc). Be aware that each tree has a novice box, just like the elite professions do. So before you can start on the actual branch, you need 20k of the appropriate fs xp to fill the novice box at the bottom of the tree.Read theFAQ for the complete rundown of how this all works.

Once you complete the padwan trials, and get a few jedi skills can you drop the 6 FS boxes you need to become jedi initially?

No, once you fill those boxes to unlock, you are stuck with them.
