Yes, though as loot they were very, very, very, very, very rare. There are 2 types of quest on dantooine to get crons, just dont ask me how. It is posted somewhere else on this board though.

I know you can still loot holos off of rebel surface marshalls.. killed two the other day and both dropped one

You can do the Dark Jedi quests at temple ruins (POI) on Dantooine and get a Sith holocron as a reward.

Because the Christmas holocrons were all the blue ones, making them a lot more common.
