I happen to find one item from this loot-kit on TC2 the day i created my toon to test the new Char-Creators 
I think i looted it right of a shadow thief in phase 1 after talking to the old man. After that i never looted them again.

I happen to have one two questions which dosn´t seem to be answered yet or weren´t clarified yet.
I understand it right, that per phase you can only do ONE quest to unlock a tree. Thats right? Well thats right i guess.
So if i want to unlock ALLTrees or want to do all quests i would have to wait 16 phases? That would be a time-frame of app. 1 year from now on. Or will there be a point where i could do maybe all quests from one NPC because all phases are done? Maybe there is a trigger, that when you have done 4 phases that you can do all quests from this point onward?
Then for unlocking my 2nd Slot i have to fill 6 Trees (24 boxes) do an exit-quest and get my message. So will i be abel to surrender those FS-skills which i do not need and keep my 2nd Slot as i do not want to become Jedi with my Main? Maybe i do want to surrender those skills to learn some other.
Yes you read it right, i do want to play on for years as i happen to be a hardcore SWG-fan.

I spoke to Rohak again and he told me to fix a sensor array on the east wall, I roamed the whole village but still cant find it, Does anyone have the exact wp? How do i go about this bit?
I finished Sivarra's 15 wounded villagers already. Is there more from her??
What do I do now?? Get enough combat xp to finish up the Enhanced Reflexes Novice tree? or are there more quests to be done or do I have to wait??

BIG BIG question, my buddy has done all the POIs 3 neutral vettes 3 imp vettes, imp theme park, jabba theme park, the warren, jedi temple, 8 professions and is still getting surge...is this possible, i mean come on there is nothing left to do for the inner glow

you need to speak to paemos and use your unlocks. just be careful. be sure NOT to pick two free unlocks in the same tree or you will waste one of the free unlocks FS xp they give you. if you want to use two free unlocks in the combat tree, only use one first, then go train and use all the stored free FS xp in combat, and then go back and use the second free unlock in combat. if you do them both right away, you will not get the free xp for the second unlock. when you do the first unlock, the free xp caps the combat FS xp. if you do the second while the combat xp is capped, you lose it because you are already at the cap. hope this helps.

I'm sorry but am I the only one who's figured out post-patch that none of these guides tells us exactly what NPCs open what of the branchs (Reflex, Senses, Combat, Crafting and is there one or two more like Healing, etc)? See, I've read page after page and am a community leader in my own right. We have a few super-solid questions:
~ What are the exact branches to open beyond the four I can confirm so far (Combat, Reflexes, Senses, Crafting). People keep mentioning six but we don't get that from visiting the village, there is major contradiction here with stickied Forum Guides and the real game itself online since Publish 10 went live.
~ What NPCs open what branches mentioned above and during what phases (Whip for example opened Sako's Force Senses branch and this is contradictory to this very post...Whip is Senses, bar none, for Phase One at least, since I did it with him 48hrs after Publish 10 went live following my Old Man and Sith attacks).
~ What is all this business about 24 FS Skills and it taking 5+ phases mean (the way I see it first hand now that Sako has finished Whip and gotten Heightened Senses opened up, there's 16 boxes in that one alone...if I wait 3 weeks until another phase, pick another NPC and open say, Force Reflexes like I wanted to the other day, then that's another16 boxes and skill points I could spend and poof...I have 24 boxes and 24 skill points spent in just 21 days by going say, Senses 0444 and Reflexes 0444 so why are you saying many weeks or even months to spend 24sp for 24 Force boxes)?
Basically, the way I see it, I'm upset no guide noreven player could tellus what NPC gave what Phase One (or Phase Whatever) Force Skill Branchexposure once you finished questing for them (except maybe the Medic/Healing female or the crafting fella). Bahn on Bria can't even tell if tha Captain gives Reflexs or Combat and the Village Elder gives you zero clue how to sniff out Reflexes or Combat when you speak to him and go through every single converse option he has(again, the Healing and Crafting parts that no one cares about like me are easy to identify, I don't give a HOOT about them...I want the Reflex NPC)! I converted all possible xp to Reflex then blindy stumbled over to Whip and voila...I got Heightened Senses opened up where only slicing xp can be converted. 2108 slices for 175k Force Sense xp, 84 crates of weapons using clamps and knives by the drove just for one entry level box in Senses.
Anyway sorry for the tangeant. See why we have excellent questions this guide and all others sipmlydon't answer? We don't see more then four pre-Initiate branches (FS Branches). We only see, so far, Combat, Crafting, Reflexes and (yuck) Senses. As for NPCs we only so far know by error that Whip gives Heightened Senses (at least in the first Phase since patch, Phase One we assume). Most of all, as I wrote above based on most guides, why wouldn't my [unwanted] Senses Branch at0444 (if I get it between now and next phase) combined withCombat 0444 (opened after next phase) qualify me for unlock and further advancement?
That's 24sp spent...that's 24 FS skill boxes...correct? Three weeks, two phases, two FS branches...that's how I see it (you could even go, say, Senses 2222, Combat 2222 and Reflexes 2222 over three phases, since you can't open a new branch via NPC more than once per phase, and that would be the same requirements met). I just don't see why you all say it would take many phases to open up the minimum requirements to spend 24sp on 24 FS skills nor do we know what NPCs to see (and when) to get the branches opened we want (like me, all I want for Heaven's sake is Reflexes and Combat...I can easily spend 24sp in just those two branches alone and move on to Initiate, Padawan, etc whether I recreate a char and start over or go "all in" with Sako and Bahn).
Thanks, reposting in Radiant/Bria as well to help get these really good questions at the top of everyone's minds until answered.

and that's that, the guides are all wrong about what NPCs open what and how it all works. I have, however, confirmed you must hit "IV" six times in FS skills (like Senses 0044 and Reflexes 4444) to unlock. You can't just go Senses 2222, Reflexes 2222, Combat 2222 for example.

Hi - its becoming clearer - I have done Whip and unlocked the four branches in Senses - but Captain Sarguillo wont talk to me (I have too much on my plate) - you wouldn't be able to tell me how to sort that out would you?

The reason you can't talk to the Captain is because you can only due one quest per phase. That is the main wait. So if you have done Whip for phase one then you cannot do another npc quest till the next phase comes out.
Info:
Captain Sarguillo will have you do patrols: 8 wpts 10 each this in turn will unlock Ranged Accuracy branch under Novice Combat Prowess. Make sure you have enough room in your data pad (ie. 88% full or less), otherwise you will be running a bunch of useless missions. That's right just one branch. If you want to do the patrols another time the wpts are twice as far away and your reward is a Aurillian Banner. Very nice house decoration.
One thing I don't understand is that for phase one Whip can unlock all of trees of Heightened Senses? The Captain's quest only unlocked the Ranged Accuracy branch. I have both Novice Senses and Novice Combat however if I try to learn a skill besides Ranged Accuracy I am not able to. So my question is does Whip acutally unlock ALL branches of Senses or just one tree?

Stop writing texts as if you're talking to people that already know about what to do.
When I finish a Quest, what do I get? Let's say I do the Combat quest... it says I unlocked the Range Accuracy branch. Do I get 4/0/0/0 Combat Prowess??? What do I get? No one seems to explain such a simple concept like that anywhere.
Once you finish a quest. A branch will unlock. You will them be able to trade in your FS XP for boxes within that tree.
I.E.:
Finhshing the Captain's Patrol Quests will unlock the Ranged ACC branch on the Combat Prowess Tree. Then you can go ahead and start training boxes in that tree as you collect the FS XP required.
I hope this makes sense

I think you may be confused here. What do you mean by you "unlocked FS senses"? I have unlocked 9 BRANCHES and no one that I have spoken with has unlocked anything but a branch. Maybe you trained Enhanced Senses Novice? You can train all of the novice boxes right away but to start training each of the BRANCHES beyond will require one quest. There are four trees with four branches each, thus 16 total branches. You need 6 total branches and thus will need to do quests in at least 6 phases.
The phase 1 Enhanced Senses quest is Silvarra's. It has continued to be this way on TC after the live patch. Doing this quest unlocks the ability to train Enhanced Senses: Persuasion but not the other 3 Enhanced Senses branches. To get Enhanced Senses: Surveying you will have to wait until phase 2. For Enhanced Senses: Luck, you have to wait for phase 3. For Enhanced Senses: Healing you will have to wait until the assault phase, or phase 4.
