I would be more in favor of making it harder to get "glowy" than to lengthen the time it takes to complete Force Sensitive experience.

QFE!
i've said all along that xp rates will not control the jedi population! They need to change the way you become FS. I did not seek jedi but when i became glowy with my 75th badge, i decided i would grind to jedi.

if you cant survive this grind there is no way you will survive the jedi grind. and as far as we know there is no other jedi revamp and even if tehre was i dought theyd remove the village, if anything make it harder

One good way to have less jedi, is to remove all jedi currently in the game so they can start over from scratch with the new conversion rate and experience what it really is like to become a jedi.

why would they remove our jedi that we worked months and months for. it took me 4 months to finish my fs grind, from september to december. and that was from grinding EVERY day and doing it solo where as all you people have to do is tap a creature and let everyone else kill it to get full xp. and no i did not use grenades. and i've experienced both pre cu and cu grinding for Jedi. and i will say that it was a lot harder pre cu.

That is true it was projected to be 6 months to a year for most ppl to get Jedi when i did beta for the Village before it went live, and of course 1 of the reasons to was because at the times u needed Crafting Mastery or u just really didnt get sabers worth mentioning, now its different but i know they will nerf things again because they always Nerf Force related skills.

heh, people could do the entire fs grind in 6 days with nades.

thats an AWFUL idea. /puke at your idea. havent seen a worse one in a long time.

removing all the jedi in game:

1. is it fair if you have worked for a jedi for a long time, pre-cu with the longer grind, then all of a sudden its gone? even post-cu, all that grinding you have nothing?

2. too many will quit

3. if anything, they probably had it harder than it is now. kthxbye noob

You boob, the phases alone keep you from getting Jedi for a minimum of 12 weeks. That's 3 months for someone who can't divide.

I should have specified more clearly, the person in question I am thinking of claimed he ground the xp for all 6 trees out in 1-2 months, not necessarily that he unlocked that fast. I am well aware of how the phases work...

That being said, grinding all the xp for 6 trees in that time still seems too fast to me.

ya... it was kinda obvious to me that you knew that, but the other bozos didnt. people have done it will double xp master bh 900k combat xp cap grenade grind. that thats 600k fs xp per trip min, so 12 or 13 groups for jedi?

And we all know how much about 15 days of double experience helped the matter.... and not to mention double connversion.

Personally, I don't care how long it takes to get Jedi as long as the process is entertaining. I am so NOT entertained. Standing around for hours waiting to kill a couple of Sith pirates is ridiculous. Driving across Dathomir multiple times a session is almost as boring.

More and more, I have to talk myself into logging on. I linger in the games section at the software store. I think my days are numbered. I'm nearly certain I won't make it to Jedi. And I feel fine about that. My account's paid up until October - we'll see how I feel then.

I'm sorry, but killing 39000 Bols to get Jedi is just silly. If they wanted to make it harder to be Jedi, they should make it harder to become glowy and make the FS phase a series of difficult quests that you must do solo.

But it is what it is. So until I'm a full template, no dewback in this galaxy is safe.

forgive me if im wrong, but how often in the films did luke walk around in jedi robes? clothing does not a jedi make...

if someone wants to wear clothing other than padawan robes, and have hair a different colour other than a very basic one, who are you to condemn them for it just because their profession is jedi?

Plus, if you didn't know, the reasons for those clothes they usuallyis for the CAs you can put in them and get some good skill mods.
