I can tank 2 sith no problem at cl 66. it all depends on the temp if it includes master doctor with tka for icob then you can easily live long enough to tell about it. I used master doc tka 0440while doing the phase 4 healing quest and had many times i got more than one sith agroed on me. Never died or incapped.
