Saw this happen to a fellow guild member last night. He submitted a ticket regarding it. The CSR will probably respond with some pre-canned message about voice chat software or armor decay.
I wonder if they will fix it before the end of this phase?!?
Did you do the ranged speed or the melee defense? Only the ranged speed gets the reward not the melee defense.

This happened to me as well last night and I am also on the last leg to get the Jedi Initiate. As unfortunate as it is, I am positive that the devs are aware of the problem considering the number of tickets that have been submitted and a fix will have to be coming soon (hope). Can anyone describe what kind of response (if any) that they have received from their cs tickets?

The SWG phone number is 858-790-7827 but no they won't deal with in game issues so don't press that button when prompted.
Still waiting. Maybe when enough Starsider people crash the server waiting at the village they may put a CSR out there. Funny thing is, that would be the logical thing to do right off the bat to save all those tickets to read through now.
Over 24 hours since I completed the Combat Prowess quest for Ranged Speed, and i'm still waiting on a response from the CSRs...
This is one horrendous bug.
