I am about to unlock the Luck Quest and I have no surveying experience in game. I know I need to have nocie artisan in order to complete the quest but that is about it. Can anyoneoffera detailed description on who to talk to and what to dofor this quest.

Heh np. I actually made this exact mistake when I did this quest. Took me a bit to figure it out.

Derkan see my other post about luck from yesterday.
I finished this quest in under 5 mintues.
You do not have to leave Dathomir.
I picked up novice artisan, bought my survey tools ont he Bazaar.
Flew around on my Barc thru dathomir surveying while driving.
Done and completed in under 5 mintues.

Nicely done, just goes to show that this quest is a definite gimme unlock.
