- Is this a one-time help event? Looks like I missed it on Chimaera, then.
- Can I submit a ticket and get an appointment with a CSR?
Oh, btw if it is being fixed on next publish, I can wait ... as soon as I still have time to whack the Sith

You know, these games get bugs. It sucks. And the devs do the best they can to fix them. Especially lately. There is a fix working internally for it, but that wasn't good enough for most people. OK, I understand that, because of the time aspect of this one. So the devs go the extra mile to make sure everyone can bypass the bug until it is fixed and people still complain.

I'm not complaining, I stateing a fact. People are going to get killed standing in line waiting for a CSR to come "fix" them. I can see the flame threads now.....
But hey, I don't really care, I did the healing quest. So if you don't care about getting gimped by 15 Sith Thugs/pirates, then....whatever.

Actually this did make me chuckle, I understand where this guy was coming from....
Had images of ppl standing in line and being aggroed by thugs, dying then when they clone having to go to the end of the line...lol
Sorry but I guess its just my sick and twisted mind, but I thought it funny. Big up to the Devs for sorting it though!!

How do you make a csr ticket? And any1 know when CSR will be on tempest?

Click the little hand icon to open the holocron... click the customer service button... click on the knowledgebase icon and do a search for anything (for example "village")...click on one of the answers that pops up (scroll to the bottom of one of the answers)... then a button will appear that says Submit a ticket. click that and follow the steps.

For those unlocking Ranged Speed as we took melee defense last time, why are we unable to get the phase 4 reward (aurelian statue piece 1 of 4).
For those who unlocked melee defense first time round knowing we could get ranged speed and the reward along with it now can't.
Any solutions on the horizon?

Iknow this is temp fix butit might beuncompletable for ppl who have limited time to play. I have to see IFa dev is on just to finish it. I guess I should call in sick fromjob and stop taking care of my daughter in hopes to completingthis.

Anyone complaining despite SOE going the extra mile on this one should not be allowed to unlock Jedi. They lack patience.
I suppose they never had to jerry-rig anything in their lives, but always were handed the perfect solultion every time. Probably by their over-indulgent parents.

Actually yesterday on Valcyn the CSR was on 3 times in a 7 hour period last night that I saw alone, at the village each time for an hour.
You could do one of two things
1) open up a ticket stating they times you will be on and if the CSR can be available to fix you.
2) In the CS forum there is a list of CSR assignments. Put him/her on your friends list and when you see him/her on send them a tell asking what times he/she plans to be at the village adn tell him/her your time prediciment. Be nice though a CSR that is treated with respect is more helpful.
