Thread: Attention players stuck with Captain Sarguillo Phase 4

If you are experiencing trouble with the Captain Sarguillo Phase 4 quest ONLY (the Captain won’t speak with you) you can place a petition into the call system or wait for a galaxy broadcast from your local CSR representatives. CSRs will announce when they will be in the village to assist all players that are stuck with this quest. If you are going to the village for help, please form a line and wait patiently for the CSR to get to you.
Do not spam the CSR as this will only delay players from getting help. Thank you for your patience while we get this quest fixed.

No offense, but Standing in line during Phase 4, isn't to bright of a "Fix". I'm glad the CSR's are helping the people that can't get into Phase 4, but.....forming a line....I just don't know about that one.

You know, these games get bugs. It sucks. And the devs do the best they can to fix them. Especially lately. There is a fix working internally for it, but that wasn't good enough for most people. OK, I understand that, because of the time aspect of this one. So the devs go the extra mile to make sure everyone can bypass the bug until it is fixed and people still complain.
It never ceases to amaze me.

I doubt that will work either, the only safe place during Phase 4 is in the little hut at the center of the village.

I'm not complaining, I stateing a fact. People are going to get killed standing in line waiting for a CSR to come "fix" them. I can see the flame threads now.....
But hey, I don't really care, I did the healing quest. So if you don't care about getting gimped by 15 Sith Thugs/pirates, then....whatever.

Actually, the csr was on Kauri last night and forming a line worked great. Couldn't have asked for a more smooth process
