No, I wasn't around forPhase 1. Phase 4 was my first phase. I took a quest in Phase 4, melee defenses. Kill 50 sith outlaws and 25 sith pirates, which I completed. So my character has never been in Phase 1 and should be able to take any quest he wants.

I had the same problem. Went to the village, and all NPC's told me I was either busy or had my plate full.

I went back a few days later and, what do you know?

I was able to talk to Whip and take his quest.

I qualified for Survival 1 tonight, and I am hoping that all of you will be able to take the quest very soon.

=( no doesnt work.....
I have all exp (1250000 points)ready for survival but nothing, ask to CSR if they can unlock only my quest, but answered to me that if they unlock to me thwy have to unlock to all....

Yep problems resolved itslef 2 days ago, i log in and a write say me that i failed missions with Outlaws e pirates,and fenesh quest.
After that i i tried to speak with Whip and work correctly....but i wait a week vefore it....
