Thread: Anyone else w/ the same problem? (Quest bug)

I am on the Bria server. I am having the exact same problem. Last phase for us was phase 4. I completed that. Now we are on to Phase 1 ... but NO npcs will give me a mission.Everyone says I'm already busy. My force crystal shows no active quests.
This is quite frustrating. I wouldn't even mind waiting 3 weeks for it to reset. However, I'm nervous 3 weeks will come and go and it will be Phase 2 and I still won't be able to get a quest. Grrrrr. I wonder how many others of youare having this exact same problem?
Please speak up now so SOE knows what's up.

Yes, a number of us are having the same problem- and despite numerous tickets and /bugs, there has been NO response from any of the powers that be beyond a CSR response of, "We cannot help you with ingame issues." Which makes me wonder what they can help with, then.

This was the exact same response I just got from my CSR ticket. *Sigh*

After you completed teh quest did you get the fs xp required by transfering it at teh rodian then actually training at the specific trainer you need to? If not then it will say your are busy.

I have the same problems Hazz i speak with csr Terrys, he sayd to me to report this bug, and try to stay loggin out ofr 30 min, make full scan a try to relog, but it doesnt work.
r 5 hours im in front this Whip and he desnt give me missions.
Now i have replyed the ticket opened for 13 time, and they say to me that there is no idea how resolv this problems, to have patience and they try to resolve.
But the thing not good is that the supervisors have no idea for a solution at this bug....
I hope they resolv soon....i have no time to lose....
I have 1280000 points converted by Paemos, but the problem that not take mission.
U can take mission anything points....

Yes, I've trained the skill from the last phase. I've trained the noivce box and the melee defenses tree boxes 1 and 2. I too have opened a couple of tickets in the futile hope that another CSR would have a solution for me, or be able to reset my toon. However, nothing.All I can do now isfile a bug report, which I already did. Strangly, I'm glad this isn't just my toon that is having this problem so it may get fixed. If Phase 1 comes and goes and I still can't take a mission in Phase 2 ... I will not be a happy camper.

well it's always like this. The CSR tells you to log off for 30 minutes and if it still doesn't work, reinstall and/or do a full scan. well! we already know this. we don't need you to sit there, get paid and give us crap...

this is not true. at least not for me. i completed the quest for phase 4 and hanvt trained any of the boxes yet.....same for phase 2 and i was able to take a phase 1 quest. so i would say training the boxes for the phase 4 unlock has nothing to do with this issue.

I did not have this problem as phase 4 was my last unlock, but a guild mate of mine has it. She summited a ticket and got the I can't help response as it is a bug please summit as a bug thing. As of today she still hadn't got it and won't be able to unlock till phase 3, which is not good.

OK this evevning Supervisor have take control of mi character for 2 hours, and at end say me that there isnt solution for the moment and developer r working about this bug....
They suggest me to check every day updates, and the hope to find a solution ASAP...
Stay Tuned if i have news i post here....

Curious...
Were you around for the first pass of phase 1? If so, did you finish the quest you took in that initial pass of phase 1? If not, I wonder if this is the problem.

No for first phase i took ranged accuracy, adn fineshed quest.....
