Jelien you sound a lot like me, Mast Doc, Sword 4,4,4,0, and novice Artisian (until I do my survry quest). I've banked 1125K fsxp for my 6th, I only need a server reset and 100K fsxp to start my exit quest. I hope the old man's schedule is open

I know people that have waited DAYS to get a group together to do the exit quest. So, yes, your camp will spawn just fine.
