that's just it, you drive by and go back to whip. I stayed and fought the sith, but that was to get the resources, which i handed out to the crafters. They have a problem in that phase in that they need a lot of resources. If one person doing whip's quest helps a crafter, then they both can complete their tasks no problem.

What you will find is that you will pull up to the downed ship, you'll get the crate and then it will take like a few seconds for the sith to start spawning. I think you get like 7 or 8 of them, two groups of 3 and I can't remember if the boss at the front of the ship (where you used to pickup the crate) is alone or not.

i tried to talk to whip today but he wouldnt give me the quest, he just told me i was doing a good job. I have NEVER talked to him or taken his quests until phase 4, so i never took the vehical control quest. Why is he doing this?

my server is eclipse in case anyone wants to know

and are there any requirements for this quest?

Make sure you don't delay going to the downed ship. I don't know if it was because everyone was doing the mission this weekend but every time I delayed going, even just to take a leak, I would find multiple downed ships but none that would work for me.

The reward is worth the mind-numbing effort you have to put into this quest. I did it and I don't think I'm going to train it up now that I think about it, I have the melee branches unlocked under CP so I think I'll train those up.

I think they should switch the Rewards for this and the Melee Accuracy quest from phase 3..

I mean look at it..

Vehicle Control (Useless) --> Health Crystal (Good!!)

Melee Accuracy(Usefull) --> Mind Crystal (Poo!!)

Did it in about 2 hours...lot of running around back and forth.

Pre-CU the mind crystal had some usefulness, but I'm not even sure what it does now. Anyone? It no longer has any description saying what bonus it gives, and when you use it there's nothing I can see that it does for you other than give you an item with a 3 day countdown.
