CSR-JustinH: Big, still we don't have the proper resolution yet, most probably, today after 4am PST it will be fixed, the no body should having problem with phase 4

OMG....I just spoke to a CSR in the chat.....and he told me there is NO FIX today and they can't unlock it manually anymorecause its illigal......
unbeliveble!!
they worst thing is that they CAN unlock it but not allowd to <----- that I dont understand

I spend talking 1 hour to a CSR and they DO NOT help.....

I was just in chat with CSR's
They have been told by management to not unlock anyone. A very few got unlocked before management stopped it
There is on patch so no fix today, they confirmed that

Props to the CSR on Chilastra that took it upon himself to fix this for those on his server--would be nice if the rest of us could be so lucky--but doesn't sound like that's gonna happen now. This also confirms what I thought all along--management is keeping the information from flowing on this issue.
Unfortunately, that CSR probably got reamed out--too bad because thats what customer service is all about.

I am more angry now too.
We know they can fix us but wont.
No dev responses on a fix either or even acknowledgement of the issue

csr can fix it but they are stopped by the managment
i am affectd too i canceld after this chat today my subscription
it is all a bad joke to prevent us become jedis i start to think
or they try to eliminate this game pushing us to eq2
