I feel I have been ripped off my subscription fee since Phase 3 ended. Nevermind the countless hoursinvested to get to this point. I will not be back if this issue is not rectified by phase shift. This will not only effect me but every friend I have made over the last 7 months that I will have to explain why I am leaving. I have had these explanations given to me but I have held on. How much abuse will this customer base take?

THIS Phase 4 is the first opportunity for this problem to arise since it's only the second Phase 4 on Live... There's no guarantee that they can track it down that quickly even if everyone worked on it to the exclusion of everything else.
So you (and me and many other people) have to wait a little longer for Jedi? The Jedi grind is even worse than the Village grind... To be quite honest, if you can't stand waiting to unlock, then you really lack the patience to do Jedi in the first place. Why not give up now and save the forums the bandwidrh of the "I want it now" whine, and the game server the lag of dealing with your toon?
Bugs are a part of ANY program, and the more complex the more bugs that arise. Especially when you consider how much this game changes on a month to month basis it's amazing there aren't more bugs than there are...

Well if they have this problem on the second phase 4 , whos to say it wont be there the 3rd or 4th? Using that rational does not cut it, the system was on test center, they could easily do each phase once a week to test its compatability, then start over to see if quests conflicted or bugged the appropriate quests the next time around.
Also for some reason it wont let me file a CSR ticket, the tab to file a ticket is not present in the customer service screen, All i have is file a bug and report harassment. I tried to put SOE in the name varification for harrassment but it wouldnt accept it, immagine that.
I tested the quests on Test Center, and they had a carload of work just making sure each individual quest worked in isolation. This was a complete revamp of the method to unlock Jedi, and there were a lot of bugs when it first went to TC. It wasn't largely bulletproof until quite a bit later in the process...
And just because the problem didn't show up on Test Center does not mean that problems won't crop up when the stuff goes Live. The Test Center servers are not set up exactly the same as Live so the slight differences can cause bugs to arise.
There have been a great deal of people who have already /bugged the issue in game, and many have also posted in the official thread for this issue. They are well aware of the issue and of course they are working on it, as well as everything else that is on the table including the CURB and GCW revamps, loot revamps, etc...
They WILL fix it, you WILL get your Jedi... It will be fixed when it is fixed and complaining about the fact it isn't fixed yet isn't going to get it fixed faster. If it were, we'd have had working Imperial hats a year ago. So relax and save yourself an ulcer...
see that is the problem say they have 30dev's working on SWG(justa number thrown out there) lets say 10 work on bugs 10 work on upcoming patchs(ie. CURB,GCW...) and 10 work on server stability issues
the problem is instead of the 10 on CURB or GCW they should have 20 on the bugs for me it all goes back to JtL they rushed out an expansion to beat realease dates of WoW and EQ II and there fore put out an expansion with like 2% content and a bunch of hype. IMO the expansion bombed totally what a waste of 20-30bucks
as far as "if you cant wait to unlock then you wont do jedi" ok im not tired of grinding where it feels like im working towards a goal, im tired and irritated of WAITING...and then to say we would ahve to wait 3 more PHASES? lol not gonna happen my friend, i(and im sure others) will leave and go to other games where there arent 1/2 as amny bugs and 100% more custumer relations than in SWG

And then of course if they have 20 Devs working on bugs and 0 working on upcoming patches then all the people who couldn't give a toss about Jedi and who REALLY want the CURB and GCW revamps to finally arrive will complain all to hell...
They are taking a balanced approach to dealing with the problem... They are working on the village quest issues at the same time as working on the other stuff that all the other players want done too... So you have to wait a little longer maybe, the players waiting for CURB have been waiting a year already...
I don't think working on the CURB and GCW revamps to the exclusion of the Village and other stuff is the answer either. Balanced is the best way to deal with this... and that is what they are doing...
