that doesnt make sense.. you should be able to unlock one tree and then another... 
hope its a bug.. really...

Well, I got my first CSR response. Told it was probably because the village hadn't changed phases, to wait for the next server restart in the hope it would change and then the ticket was closed.
So, I guess we're still in phase 3 and all those Sith Thugs beating on me were my imagination and all the people doing the quests were dreaming.

Second response from CSRs. Nothing they can do, told me to waait for the next phase I can participate in. Not happy, not at all happy. I've spent 24 bloody weeks on this, and now they're tellign me I can't get one of the lines I need? I'd hate to quit this game, but if I'm gonna be screwed to this extent I may as well.

I've said it in an earlier post but I have always thought that you could only ever do one of thosetwo phase 4 Sarguillo guests. Thats why I picked the one I thought would be the most useful knowing that I 'd never be able to do the other.

this is not good... not good at all.. i cant belive they say they cant do nothing... i thought we could choose both quest in diferent phase shifts, i guess we were all wrong then ?
this is not fair, if i cant unlock at phase 4 i am sure i wont play the game for a few months.. guess its my last choice if they cant do anything about it..

My last response was they were escalating to development.
From what I have been hearing the response depends on you r detail. I bet they are assuming that you have already done a quest this phase
