Posting on the Internet has certain conventions, meant to imply particular attitudes or tell everyone something about you. Because there's very little context, capitalization serves as one of the ways attitude is conveyed.

ALL CAPS IS SHOUTING

RaNdOM CAps mEAns I'm AnaDOlescENT TEeN (ADD OccAisIONNAL L337sp33k sO 3v3ry1 NoeS UR c00L)

Capitalizing Every Word Means That I Am Pompous As I Have Hold Of The Truth And I AmDeclaimingIt For Your Edification.

Every time you write, it's a test of your communication skills.

And yes, I did misspell at least one word,in addition to the ones in 'l337'speak.

Incidentally, I do happen to agree with you. The Jedi grind has got to be the longest, most frustrating, most irritating part of this game. If I'd started out with the Jedi grind, I would not have made it to the six-month mark, and I would not know nearly as much about the game as I do now.

Although...as a bounty hunter that has been quite succesful i can say there is a huge downside to being a BH....putting large portions of your server on ignore lol. Seriously I am getting sick of Jedi guilds saying "please dont hunt our padawans! here are some credits!" I say please tell your padawans they should not have unlocked!!! Therefore they wouldnt be on the terms!!

well said, level 17's and such try to do jedi. They get help with sith (I did, but I didn't need as much as a level 17 is going to need:smileyindifferent Then they go to the village, and artisan grind, they get Jedi, and what skills do they have? They can craft an AB 1 landspeeder. Thats not going to help you very much. I honestly think they should have some different path for artisans btw, because, come on, if you master artisan, what are your chances of surviving sith?

As someone aspiring to be a jedi I cringe everytime I see jedi running around Theed dueling and acting ... un-jedi. I am far from a role player but have some class. You look like idiots

I don't post much on the forums...but I've been playing since beta. I've been working on jedi for a long time! I'm in no hurry I try to enjoy the game and not grind to boredom. As a veteran I've seen this game morph and develope into what it is. I am bothered by the fact that every newb in the game is trying to grind to jedi and show off. They give the RP players and veteran jedi a bad name. So I agree with this post and I just wanted to give my input. So to all you padawans that grinded from the day you bought the game and unlocked before you knew what that melon in youpack was for, keep you lightsaber in your pants and get ready to have a BH slap the tast out your mouth!

P.S. I'm not flaming just warning

A force of habbit why? You enjoy pissing people off? It's hard to read, so what if it isn't an English test. Why do you think you were taught English? So you could USE it at times like this.

Well on that note, Sorry* and Your*. Theres a spell check at the top of the page you know? and it isn't hard to type one or two more letters now is it.

Sorry it really gets to me people who spell using U, Ur, Teh, ect... ina tex message its fine, but on the internet when you have a full fledged keyboard infront of you thats designed to allow you to type words quickly, not miss random letters. Its just dumb people...

A little bit of trivia here...

The QWERTY style standard keyboard is a direct descendant of the keyboard used for the mechanical typewriter. The design of the QWERTY keyboard is set up to deliberately slow down your typing speed so as not to jam the mechanical strikers that press the ink onto the page.

Now that we don't have mechanical strikers anymore, and the letters show up as glowing electrons on a computer screen, why are we still using the QWERTY layout?

I'll leave that one for you to consider.
