Technically they are different quests...I've done both so I can confirm that it is possible
As far as doing the same exact quest over again the next time a phase rolls in? I don't know on that one

Does this Phase 4 Quest require Master or Novice Medic?

You must heal 50 other players during the Sith attacks (there are raids once every 2 hours), you can only get credit for a heal once per person, and you must be grouped with them, however to get credit the player you heal has to be in combat with a Sith Outlaw/Pirate (See the CP mission this phase). [Heal an additional 50 for the reward]

If you pick a particular branch to unlock, but then change your mind ( I picked R speed but now want M Defence cuz i'm tkm) What do you do? Do you just finish the quest and then take a different one later? Or do you have to drop your quest somehow?

Quharek is not where he used to be in the FS Village. There is just a pile of rubble there. Does anyone know where the craft quest mission giver is?

Just noted the CSR comment in the beginning of this thread on quest completion and have a question about it.
Last phase(4)I was not able to complete the CP quest in time on my 2nd slot...RL & Jedi grind...and would like to know if I can try it again later this cycle when phase 4 comes around again?
So if I started a quest & could'nt complete it the first time around, can I come back the next cycle and try it again?
THANKS!!!

You convert your scout experience with Paemos in the center of the village. To train the skills in that thread talk to Noldan (I think) who is just northwest of the south entrance to the village.

This is an excellent guide that I wish I had read and re-read before going to the village the first time. Thanks soooo much for your time and effort!

So how can you get Persuasion if you not a master medic? I don't understand why I have to be medic to get this branch opened. I have been looking forward to doing this branch and then I read on here that I have to be medic to even unlock it. That Sucks. So is there a way around this.

Actually, to craft the medicines you need to heal the fool villagers you definitely need some doc crafting as well as master medic. If you have a friendly doc to make medicine for you, then you can get by with master medic. Why is this related to persuasion in some way? Nobody knows. However, think on this: have you ever told a doctor "no" when they prescribed something for you?
