I got ranged defense in phase 4 when i started the village quests and that's many months ago, now i'm ready for Melee Def. but Sarguillo just tells me i've done a great job and all. How do i unlock it?
I read in the village quest Q & A that he should give me a choice but he doesn't.

It's bugged. Since you did Phase 4's Combat or Reflexes last time, you can't get either mission from him. This wouldn't have happened if they would have created another NPC to give you the other mission, but since Sarguillo gives you both, completing one of them blocks you from selecting either.
If you did FS Combat the first time, you cannot get Reflexes, he tells you you have done a good job.
If you did FS Reflexes the first time, you cannot get Combat, he tells you you have done a good job.
This shouldn't apply to folks who never did Phase 4, but it happens whether you completed Phase 4 last timeit successfully or not.

You must heal 50 other players during the Sith attacks (there are raids once every 2 hours), you can only get credit for a heal once per person, and you must be grouped with them, however to get credit the player you heal has to be in combat with a Sith Outlaw/Pirate (See the CP mission this phase). [Heal an additional 50 for the reward]
One comment to this quest. It is possible to heal one player more than once. It is right that you have to be grouped with them and that they have to be in combat. But a single player can be healed once per Sith he is fighting. So if he switches the target and another Sith is attacking you can heal him again.

Hmm you can get the melee def from the Quharek NPC aswell, is it the same? Because this one appears to work for me while the captain one does not. The captain just replys with no options or anything.

I just unlocked melee defense today. I was planning to use Captain Sarguillo again for ranged defense. Is this bug going to be fixed? Melee Defense and Ranged Defense are 2 of the 4 most popular branches to unlock...this is going toscrew upalmost everyone that didn't have free unlocks. I don't want surveying or some totally useless garbage branch.

Two things need to be updated, the waypoint for sivarra and the sith attack about every 30 minutes not every 2 hours.

Fantastic guide. I'd have been lost without it.
I can confirmAnBon's comment regarding the Healing Quest. I've visited Aurilia three times this phase, and each time have been grouped with 8-10 players at most. Upon leaving Aurilia today, I was up to 71 credited heals. Seems like, for each Sith Outlaw/Pirate targetted by my group, I received a credit for each group member I healed, if they registered a hit. (No more than one credit per player per Sith.)
Gotta love area stimpacks.

I read some where that you can not do the same quest twice even if it's in different phases. just to be clear, does that mean I can not do Dageerin's phase 2 AND phase 3 quests? Being it looks like from the description that they are both the same.
