i used 5 free unlocks in 1 phase and have enuff to train in more ranged acc. 1 but am unable to for some reason,am i screwed or what.guess i should of read the guide b4 doing this stuff.

Remember that you have to complete Quests to unlock your Branches. But you are in Luck, The Ranged Accuracy branch is given in Phase it by the nice Captain. So do his missions and you will be able to fill Ranged Accuracy with exp.

the problem is i have the xp to train but noland says im not up to his teachings or w/e he told me.i have 0-0-4-4 in that skill box already

ok ithiris this is my question...


With the way its laid outI see 22 boxes.. that's including the two novice skills.. being unlocked with your template. (which i have chosen to do) BUT i was under the impression u needed 24 boxes learned to get to the second old man and the initiate trial, so can u clear up this confusion pls??

Novice and Master skill box are not included in the 24.

anyone know what the "luck" and "vehicle control" modifiers do? (acceleration is obvious i think but what about control- JTL maybe?)

I've only read tha Luck will increase your amount of credits looted from NPCs. As for vehicle control, your turning radius is reduced (i.e. sharper turns) and like you said a quicker acceleration as well as quicker braking.
