Obi-Dax, sorry to inform you, but Bria was not on phase 4 the day the CU was released, it was still on phase 3. I know this because I spent at least three days after the CU release trying to finish the phase 3 Melee Accuracy quest, along with several other people, just to see that the two times we finally killed enough of the CL 121 sith thugs to get the commander to spawn, he would walk slower than I could crawl, and die from the poison about 2km away from the base. They fixed the sith thug problem the day before the phase shift, but still didn't fix the commander situation, so yeah, I never finished phase 3, thank you SOE. Hopefully it will be fixed this next time because this next phase 3 will be my last unlock.

I can now confirm that Valcyn is in phase 1... I logged in and got the message that i have failed in my task (to defend the village from the sith outlaws and pirates).

Valcyn: Etevei Iomag (CL 90 Jedi/Master Ace Smuggler Pilot), Ordio (Master Trader-Engineer)
Valcyn #2: Eppav Iomag (CL75 Smuggler), Yve Iomag (Master Entertainer). Living in Galatorbria, Rori.
Vendor located just outside of Restuss at (/wayp 4878 6375) - Spice, Looted Weapons, Armor, Buff Items and other Misc items. This is also the drop off location

Starsider is still on phase 4 for anyone who cares..
