this has probably been asked a million times before but is mell someone who can be soloed?

Here's a couple questions not addressed in the stickie post, and since search doesn't work i'll post it here...
1. The sith attack you while you are in a group and another group member loots the datapad and deletes it and your journal updates but you do not receive the wp....what do you do.
2. The sith attack you and you are incapped (lose your crystal) the old man sees you again, how long do you have to wait for the 2nd sith attack. (after I lost the crystal I logged out for an hour and the old man saw me again about 15 minutes after login)

Well, the old man is really making me mad, I got incapped by the sith a week ago, and he hasn't shown himself yet! There is something wrong here, why won't he show up?!?!?!

Not sure what to tell ya. Return visits from the old man after being incapped usually aren't that long at all so a week is definitely over the top.

1. The journal updates are misleading. In any case, if you do not get the datapad/waypoint you can either delete your crystal and the old man will come give you another one or you can always try to enter a CSR ticket and hope they will help you. 
2. The second sith attack should be a bit quicker than the first, but I obviously can't put a time to it since it IS still random.
