not every mission on rori is bugged, when doing the trials (it seems it like to keep the trials on talus, rori, and tatooin) Only my first trial, which was on rori was bugged, the rest worked.

BTW, some missions on Rori work just fine. I had numerous ones bugged though. It all depended on luck. I also reset any mission that was in a city where Imps patrolled to avoid a tef.

Did the training saber grind last night & it is horrible! OMG, 2 1/2 hrs of grinding only to get close to 8k of JXP, I logged w/an hour left on my buffs because it is so boring w/o LS specials. This grindby far will be far worse than the FS grind will ever be. It was seriously depressing to only see 157 JXP per kill instead of alomst 5k a kill w/my regular profession. I can see why everyone plays thier alts instead of thier Jedi toon. Looks like my alt will be on a whole lot more often.
Honestly the BE clothes don't help much, I have melee def that's well over 100 w/o BE and wearingBE just makes my melee defense stupid andit doesn't help you one bit! You get owned either way, I tried w/BE clothes on & NO BE clothes. Either way you take ALOT of damge to health & wounds galore.

First of all I'd like to acknowledge SonGouki for the great walkthough of the Padawan Trials.
This is just alittle more clarification about the trials.
After the completion of the 8th trial (whatever it may be?) Your 9th trial will be to craft your first training saber. After completing your training saber. The 10th trial will be to tuneone crystal (Any color crystal EXCEPT a white crystal). Once you tune a crystal, you are granted the Jedi initate Title (No Robe yet). After completing the crystal tuning, you can proceed to the next trial (whatever it may be?).
With the completion of trials 9 & 10 you can now put that color crystal you just tuned into your training saber & start using your glowstick.
NOTE - Wearing armor including any Ubese & PSG's will make your damage output lower. Also, if you don't have a light saber crafting tool, I reccomend you get one before you finish the 8th trial. You will also need metal, chemical & inert gas to craft your saber. For the training saber it doesn't matter what kind of metal chem or gas you use. So use whatever metal chem or gas you have. Because you are NOT a Padawan there is NO force cost while you use your training saber. (I think mine only costs me 11 foce pts, just FYI)
Incase you were wondering about missions on Rori, its TRUE missions on Rori (ANY Mission) are bugged! So, reset any trial you get that tells you to goto Rori!
I still have most of my Fencer skills, so using a training saber & NO armor what so ever is NOT a big deal to me.I still doge like a mother, lol.
Hope this clears things up for all of you who will unlock soon or already unlocked!
Just have to say you are incorrect in some. Yes there may be bugs from Rori trials but NO not ANY mission is bugged. If that was the case then when i had my trials i would have had bugs too but nope Rori was perfectly fine for me. I did mine after the first phase 4 but people still said Rori was bugged. yes this may be true but i know quite a few people who had no problems also. But i will say you may want to restart the mission for another planet if you want.

The lightsaber crafting quest gives you the schematic to craft a lightsaber. You can use a gerneric or weapon/droid crafting tool. If you use the weapon/droid tool in from of a crafting station, you'll be able to experiment and gethigher damage output.
Also, about novice boxes. I agree that you don't need all the novice boxes but besides lightsaber and defender, gethealer. Novice Force Healergves you the ability to heal your Health bar from the force pool. If you bite off more then you can chew and you don't have novice medic, it comes in real handy.

You can buy them or you can make them with a general crafting tool I believe.

I have acouple of questions on how long it takes to go through the padawan trials.
1. What's the timeframe on finishing all 16 missions?
2. Can I do them all back to back?
3. Is there a waiting period in between?
4. How long does the average mission take?
Thank you for reading!

1. Took me 6 hours
2. Yes
3. No
4. Depends on how much you know about the game...between 10 minutes to several hours if you don't know where to find some of the things.

Took me about 3 days give or take a few hours.
Because when I crafted my traing saber, I decided to grind out the 20k for novice saber. Best thing I ever did for my jedi. Besides I got to hack stuff w/all my friends watching, it was fun.

Except that some of the trials can take hours because of bugged NPC spawns, rather than anything you can help.

Thanks guys! I really appreciate it, I was curious if it was going to take weeks, but 6-10 hours is ideal!!
