I literally copy and pasted the comments by a post here and put it almost word for word in a ticket (excluding the part about stuipd answers from CSRs).


In about 2-3 hours I was contacted by CSR-HoustonR and he helped me unlock my Melee Defense branch, yay!

it is, and he contacted me at 2:30 am PDT, i sent in the ticket at midnight

CSR also responded to me, this was my second ticket, and i recieved a response in about 7 hrs, A HUGE THANKS to CSR-AnnaT.

Yes I sent the same message (except I did leave the part in about the canned responses from CSR's) and I got a response in 6-7 hours.

hehe, could you provide a link to the post you used in your ticket?


Three days since I should have unlocked my branch, and still no response from the Devs.


Starsider seems to be getting hit hard...

12 hours after sending my comment a CSR replied to my ticket saying he unlocked my branch for me happy happy joy joy right??



NOT that idiot of CSR-JoseO DIDN'T unlock my branch he just decided he reply to my ticket saying it was unlocked so now im probably at the END of the queue again oh well i guess i don't need sleep and i can wait ANOTHER 12 hours for ANOTHER IDIOT CSR to reply to my ticket AGAIN

Yes I completed the mission, Captain wouldn't talk to me, contacted CSR, he appeared in my house while I was picking stuff up and he awarded me my unlock.

I had filled out two tickets in a span of three days. Neither of them were responded to by CSRs.

I then created a new ticket under the category 'I'm Stuck - Performing an Action' and wrote out my ticket according to these guidelines:

I was contacted by a CSR 2 hours afterwards. My branch was unlocked and I successfully trained in it.

Now i'm Master Combat Prowess.

A pity the mastery box doesn't have any bonuses...
