RIGHT ON DUFFIE!!
Good. You can get a whole group of selfish lazy grenade grinders together, you can all go out, nade a lair, incap/feign death, then all stand around and pick each others butts while you wait for the pickets to die of old age.
BTW, i don't mind grenade grinders in my group, as long as they're still helping the group. Nade docs and nade tanks are great. In both cases they can still get full combat xp if they play smart. It's the ones that throw a c-12, incap, then sit on their speeder for the next 20 minutes complaining about how bored they are that tick me off.

If I have a fully group and only one guy is grenade grinding I say ok, but if like half the group is doing it then forget that time to head back to the mining outpost lol.

They should make it so you get some type of grenade XP and not combat XP. And then they can make the grenades 30:1 just like every other weapon. I don't get why you would get combat XP from a grenade anyways.

Another approach I'll have to look into is grenade grinding with my MBH/CM - combat medic debuffs and dots don't grant xp, either, so I can even contribute to the damage, patch everyone up after the fight, and of course, turn into a healing machine should a piket pull go south (too many folks are too impatient for CH pulling).

CMs are the best pullers in the game. Use Neurotoxin to hit a target, and it will pull without ever aggroing. You can be 35m away, so unless you're hunting something that is very viscious/aggressive, you should be okay. I used this through my entire grind, and most of the groups i've been in all love it, i always gets groans of disappointement when i leave
So, a nade grinder could hit the lair, incap, then become the official puller. As long as they don't attack and only heal before and after combat, they'll still get all combat xp.
See, there's lots of ways a nade grinder can help the group, as long as they're smart and have the right attitude.

Then you'd be welcome in my group.
I was just in a group this weekend with a nader, who had the audacity to sit on her bike and complain about how bored she was while we were all fighting and dying. I was very respectable and asked if she could help, what her idea was, etc... She basically said that she was pretty and popular and deserved jedi since she had been playing so long and then told me to "Go die now!". I couldn't believe the rest of the group actually stuck up for her and saying that they were earning the same xp either way. Heck, i didn't even say anything while she sat through the last few lairs, but when she complained about nothing to do... arggh. I wished the luck and left after the lair was done.
Am I wrong?!? Am I the only one frustrated by unhelpfull naders? I always try to include a newbie or two or three in my groups, it's not that i have to have an uber group everytime. It's just the attitude that i can't stand (as in the person that started this post) and until that changes my first impression of anyone with a C12 in their hand is going to be negative.

Why I may have come off as an a55 in my post, I still skillfully throw my nades and If I see a group mate in trouble I dont mind losing 5k combat xp to take out the mob thats hitting them. Also I never agro more than the creature im nading as I make sure to get the group to pull them out.

Nading would bore the heck out of me unless I had some CM or something like that to help the group. As for my opinion of Naders, theyshould find a way to help out in other ways because they are really no use to the group considering mobs regen their health now. Thus giving naders a free ride to the villiage.

uhhh "skillfully" throw your nades? last time I checked nadesstill draw aggro no matter who throws them
I HATE NADE GRINDERS they are incredibly useless to groups and get the group killed. They seem to be the most selfish people ever.
