Thread: SOE: Bad call bad call/ A formal complaint.
Ok folks i wonder this,
I have just came back from a long Loa due to the jedi revamp and such.
Heres what i did not expect..
the phases.. they artificially hinder you to pay for 22 weeks or more by time limiting them.
Most games you can just do quests at your own pace.. but noo soe wants the money..
Now i have no free unlocks *i hologrinded but i guess not enough*.
Also why cant i delete the quest in the phase to do another if i chose wrong or such???
P3 combat is BUGGED! why cant i select another??
Before anyone flames me listen i have defended soe since it was verant for eq1.. I defended them in swg and in eq2 friends and family beta etc..
This is the first time i am genuinely upset..
Ive tried calling... their system is wierd and got hung up on multiple times (and i was calm and collected)
I tryed chatting and the guy was clueless.
Ive petitioned in game.
Ive chatted..
Nowhere can i register a formal complaint?
i dont mind the grind to get FXP..
I dont mind teh grind and being hunter after i get jedi.

Fix the Bugged quests,
Take out the artificial time limitation on the unlocks.

2. phase 3 combat is NOT BUGGED, i did it this morning.
3. The CSR's dont care about you, so go back to EQ
SoE was never Verant. Verant was Verant and Sony bought them and most of Verant ended up leaving.

I did phase 3 combat prowess too this morning on my first try. It's doable with good tactics.
Phases haveto be 3 weeks so everyone (not just you) havs plenty of time to complete the quest before the phase shifts. Not everyone that play's this game is a teenager or young adult with loads of free time on their hands.

i don't think the difficulty of the mission is the problem. the problem is all the people stealing your mission becuase you can only use about 3 bases.
you should know, being on a populated server like ahazi, that this is a big problem. i already witnessed two groups have there spawn stolen after waiting for hours.
