Thread: 2nd Old man visit question

Once i have all 6 branches (24 boxes) will the old man come then, or must i wait til phase 4? I did not unlock before PUB10, but had a few free branches. So i am wondering if i should grind these last 1 1/2 branches out before phase 1 is up or go at it slowly if i have to wait for phase 4?


Either way i may grind the hell out of this and get as many boxes/branches as i can. But still would like to know about the above question.



I did not see anything mentioned about waiting in any post. Just about the end guy, crystals that heal him, and all the nasty villians he has with him

Yes once you have six lines completed, the old man will visit you again. You'll get a waypoint to Mellichae's Camp. You can start the Padawan trials once Mellichae is defeated.


On another note,I didn't get visited a second timeuntil about a day had elapsed after completingthe sixFS lines.

1 to 72 hours.



Shuttling around and crossing server boundaries helps, but you do want to stay in the neighbourhood of your guild's city, as it makes it easier to form the requisite gank squad.

It is up to 72 hours. But shuttling around will not help, its completely random.

last night i trained my last FS box, 6 trees, 24 boxes, how long does it usuall ytake for the old man to visit for the 2nd time, i was told by a guildy to stay in our city, as it will make the mellichae mission mor conveinent? so how long do i have to wait.

I heard it was a 24 hour wait period. A little after the 24 hour mark, I logged on and went to my house to check on some factory runs and TWO of him walked up and initiated the final quest.

well i got the final box on monday night, i logged on a bit to convert some of my smuggler tools, did a little shuttle hoping and then logged off, so ill log on tonight and see what happens.

Trained my last box sunday night around 12am still haven't seen the old man yet.

I got my final FS skill around 1AM, logged off and the next day around noon I logged on, sat outside for a while and the old man came. That was just about 12 hour wait for old man so I think I was lucky.

the old man came last night, and i got mels mission done, thanks to my guildies.. and of course my first trial was bugged. the guy wasnt at the waypoint.

when he comes is there a time limit on finishing his mission? or does it spawn like any other mission
