Thread: Melee Accuracy Quest (how many players can be grouped and get the Crystal?)

I told my friends that I was doing Melee accuracy when the phase changes, and I got mobbed by players wanting to run the quest with me to get the mind crystal. So how many can I take with me and still get the crystal?

You can take as abig a group as you want. Youll need it. However only 2 people and do the quest at a time. One to take down the shield and one to escort the commander back to village.

Only two people will get the crystals...the person who takes down the shield & kills the number of siths required (4get how many), and the person who escorts the sith captain. If the person who takes down the shield happens do die during the quest then THEY have to be the one to escort the sith captain as well or the mission will fail.

Could somebody please clarify / verify this?
I was planning on going in(as master rifle / master tk) and take down the shields, engage the Sith, and draw them away from the entrance while my partner grabbed the commander. I have feign death (smuggler) also, so I was hoping to draw them far enough away and then feign before they killed me. If I should happen to die, does this mean I have to come back and lead the commander also?? This doesnt sound logical....

i was wondering. if i did say ranged def could i still group and get the crystal if i went with someone else? also if so could i say run it again with someone else and get another crystal? just curious

Ok, they should sticky this up top since this is coming back around. This is the easiest way to finish this mission. First when you get the disk to get the remote to bring the shields down make sure the base is within 7000m or it is impossible to get the commander back in time. Since you're a rifleman the first part will be easy.
1)Destroy the turrets on the outside
2)Stand back and take down the shields
3)Use mindhit to lure the thugs out 1 at a time and kill your 5. I have also heard that the person bringing down the shields doesn't really need to kill 5 thugs, but if he lure them away and dies it will say you fail but you will still get credit for it, but for the sake of sureness, just kill the 5 thugs, you just need a marksman to do it and 1 at a time they're nothing. This way you can be sure both people get credit.
4)After you kill your 5 by now you'll have noticed the thugs depsawn and walk back in once they all despawn run inside the base destroying the wall, turret, and tower in it.
5)Inside the small base wait just to the left of the commanders tent because more thugs will have spawned by now, but if you stay still just outside to the left of the commanders tent they won't see you. Once they all despawn again get the other person to capture him and high tail it out of there.
6)Then just get the commander back, you have 1 hour once you capture him to get him back. I can assure you the timer doesn't start until you capture him so just take your time and be patient in doing so, but once you get him get back asap so he doesn't die from the poison.(a friend and I, neither of us with terrain negotiation,traveled about7500m without stoppingbefore hedied just to try and give you a time of reference)Its easiest if whoever isn't leading the commander back scout out on swoops, firstly kill any pirates that attack, but even try to kill stuff in their way to try and make it back to the village as soon as possible, try not to make the person who captured the commander stop at all if possible.
And there you go, you've just completed the most difficult village quest.

do not underestimate how unbelievably hard this quest is! If you pull more than 1 sith from the gate you will die! Tactics play a huge part in this mission! Follow exactlt what has been written above. I am so glad i did it first time around, Good Luck! you'll need it!

which crystals are we talking about? The mind buff one or the uniquely colored one for LSs? Or can two people get both?

cant you just do the thing that i do with every ecort mission
wen u get the dude it says you have to take him back to the person you received this from so i just get on my swoop and hightail it outa there so i cant see him get attacked so it doesnt say anything you can get him there faster
i donno if this works for this mission

ah so there fixed that(at least with that mission)
ya that was the easiest way to do escort missions just talk to the guy and it says to bring him bac to the person you received this mission from
and you just hop on you bike and get outa there
a faster way to do the themeparks
just like the ones where you have to kill the stormtoopers(rebel themepark) although its more like an assassination mission becuase you JUST have to kil the stormtrooper thats named stormtrooper
