i think its obvious why it should be...capping xp every few minutes and then just conversing with paemos to convert, there is something terribly wrong and unfair with this.

at the moment its just considered the same as tumbling...i saw someone kill rezing the other night and it has pretty much put me off leveling the FS boxes for combat and reflexes, and if anyone says "just get doctor then" thats really not the point is it. with every other profession there is some kind of PVE action involved if we had xp for PVP i wouldnt be so jilted but thats not the case...

It does make no sense that you can rez an enemy. I wouldn't have thought this possible. Anyway, that is something that shouldn't be allowed. Grinding should be just as easy or hard, depending on how you see it, for any profession.

/sigh Its not an exploit. Want to know why they cap every few minutes? Because the cap is so frigging low. If you want to complete a tree you have to watch your pc for five hours, converting every 5 minutes. If some1 can stare at their screen for that long, than I say let them.

And BTW, I use nades, so thats not why I am defending it.

5 hours of staring at your screen ? right, you can have a macro doing all the work and during that time you can chat, watch tv, ...

takes me about 9 hours grinding a combat tree and thats non stop killing...

Unless you've done it dont talk about it. I used this to fill my persuasion branch, it took me a good 10-12 hours to fill all 4 boxes and oh.....my.....god it was the most painful/boring thing in the world. No you cant make a friggin macro to do this. Cause you have to talk to paemos to convert your xp, if you can figure out a macro that can db/rez then after about 5 mins when you and your deathbot have moved 20m away to drag him to paemos then talk to paemos, select senses xp, then convert medical xp, then convert 80k if it, your a friggin genius. You cant macro it moron. The only thing you can macro is the db/rez part. I'm a speed capped master pikeman and I was using a 760dmg vibro axe for it, I was dropping and rezing my deathbot every 1-2 seconds. Still took me a good 5-8 minutes to cap. 80k med xp is the cap, know what that converts to? 8k force sense xp. Whoever thinks this is a fast way of grinding is an idiot. I was gonna fill all 4 force sense branches jus cause I read you can fill 1 in 5 hours. Even if you could, you have no idea how much it sucks to be watching it all the time, putting rez kits on your toolbar as they run out. Then converting just to get 8k force sense xp. In 2 days I've filled melee speed, melee accuracy, and ranged accuracy cause I switched to commando 4,0,0,0. If anythings and exploit its the friggin grenades but hey I love them, this grind is going super super fast now. Quit whining about db/rezing in the village, its the exact opposite of fast.

yes im a moron that cant read *claps hands*

no you cant macro the convert part but thats a 10 second process

/dump;

/target Paemos;

/conv;

wow that was hard, now you convert xp and since you can bank as much fs xp as you like you dont need to move until you have enough to train a full tree.

those using have to put grenades in their toolbar too, both those using the regular way have to run around doing missions and refresh 40 times to get the missions you want.

Hi guys,

I just finished my persuasion branch doing this technique and I can tell you that it is EXTREMELY BORING. In actuality, it took me 3 days of 8 hour shifts to do. Not to mention it cost me around 2 mil to buy all the rez packs and stim packs. I had to literally stare at my chuggy screen ( due to the lag of running 2 instances and macroing on both) for the entire time. Every 6 minutes on the dot, I would cap at 80k Med Exp. At that point I would have to talk with paemosand trade my Exp, which means dumping the macro and starting again.

While this is the fastest known way of grinding through med exp, it is defintely the hardest. you literally have to give up your life for a few days and focus on your boring monitor for 24 hours.

Just my 2 cents

Would you also consider a looping crafting macro an exploit since you can sit in the village and craft over and over again, pause, trade in xp and start it up again?

Takes about the same effort as the kill/rez but a lot more clicking. Once you do it though you could do it asleep since it is the same thing over and over and over and over and over...yeah just like that.

You could also consider all the people that go to or went to broken spawn points exploiting the combat side as well.

Frankly I do not fault people being creative and trying to get their XP as fast as they can.

noob...commando's have to refresh 50 times to get the missions they want

And for the rezzing macro part. Go try it....o and good luck with it. You have to convert manually every 5 minutes for the next 12 hours. Once you do that, post here again with your new findings

Enough with the crying already about how other people get there FS XP.

Nothing but a bunch of babies I swear and it's just plain pathetic.

I grinded my XP with Swordsman, Rifleman, and Pikeman. Docs XP cap at 80k which converts to only 8k FS XP they also are dependant on others to get that XP it's not like they can go heal mobs and get xp so give them a f'n break already.

Combat professions cap alot higher and even with a higher Conversion rate can turn out alot more. Yes there is work involved but as for the Doc it involves alot of cost for supplies.

It is not a bug so how do you think it's an exploit?

Everything people do to some of you people is an exploit.

I used to be a doc and decided to do all combat for FS grinding as being dependant on others for my XP was not to my liking at all and with the 80k cap it's really not that exciting either.

You could safely say the doc is Buying his FS XP as he makes no credits doing this while combat professions (Before solo group nerf) literally made millions.

I can go on and on on this issue and turn it against you so give up the Exploit cry as it is not.

You filled 3 branches in 2 days?

I also am commando 4000 and there is no way I could fill 3 branches in 2 days. Did you play 48 hours non-stop?

No you can't chat, not in game. The lag caused from running these macros cause every other letter to reverse, so chatting is frustrating, if not impossible. Can you watch TV? You can watch TV while throwing grenades at a lair over and over or spin attacking a lair. Can you do anything worthwhile? No, every 4 or 5 minutes, you have to be right back at your computer to convert. You can't macro that. You can fill a combat box far faster then you can fill a sensitivity box and, lets be honest, there is no real threat of dying while grinding out on lairs either. And instead of just saying its wrong, why not offer us an alternative? Where should I get that xp, in a way that will allow me to fill a branch. 9 hours of constant grinding to fill a combat tree. Try filling a Sensitive tree in 9 hours doing anything but macroing. With an 80k cap, the travel time between the village and wherever your buffing would take most of that time alone, not including the time you have to sit there buffing, which is the only real alternative for getting this xp. Sorry, but I really don't think you have a clue about what is involved in getting sensitivity xp. Until you do, please don't try to label it.

If your capping every 5 minutes or so, at 90k exp as the cap.. x that by 10 (conversion ratio is 30:1) your at 900k exp for 50 minutes = 30k fs exp.

If ur hunting with norm weapons and such. U cap in about 50 minutes, on top of the weapon exp you also get combat exp. So u get 60kexp/50 minutes.. Double what a doctor gets, The only thing is the doctor doesnt have to move around (sounds nice at first, but after awhile u wish u were moving around)
