This definitly would of cost a few credits without my trusty Y-Wing. But yes, I already hated riding from The Science Oupost to the village enough but this was icing on the cake. Even with only having to fly from Dath to endor via my ship, it took me 3 hours total to do all 6 trips. But 3 hours isn't really bad when you think how long its gonna take to grind the xp to fill that branch now. Oh well, at least I'm 1 step closer to my goal of Jedi. By far the best quest I've done is the Phase 4 Defense quest. Killing all those Sith was definitly a lot of fun. Next up is Melee Acc. for me and I've heard it can be fun as well so we shall see.

If only they would include some custom biker music. Perhaps even a leather jacket. Then it would all be worth it.

FYI
The quest was broken in a major way a few months ago. You use to have to fight the Sith and pick up the crate on the ground. Problem was the crate didn't spawn, or it spwned inside hills, trees, etc. Sometimes the wholewreck site didn't spawn. There was also no way to generate a new waypointso if you got into this situation, you were stuck and could not complete the quest or take a new quest. It wassuch a big problem that a quick fix was posted to spawn the crate inside your pack.

Yep, I don't think it's just a coincidence that the Vehicular Control quest involved the most driving of them all (though a close second is the quest doing the patrols, though only if you do all 20 for the banner!)
I actually think the patrols added up to more distance than the vehicle control one. If you did both sets of patrols, that is.

aww comon you can't tell me i have to do it 5 more times lol
I went there (I already found the ship even b4 i was FS so i knew were it was) and drove near it, got the supplies and left w/o any trouble with the Siths.
However, when I go back, do I have to kill the Siths? There is absolutely no way I will be able to ever kill them.
They are tougher than even Stormtroopers and would take about 20mins to kill per Sith. And in that time I won't be able to miss more than 4 times otherwise he will attack me (i have Conceal Shot) and kill me...
So please tell me I don't have to kill them the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th times

Title says it all. Not trying to rant and flame, but wasn't there a better way to do this? There is seriously nothing involved in this quest beyond driving ~144,000 meters and flying back and forth from Dathomir to Endor. That crystal will come in handy and all, but I'm just saying...
y r u complaining? the first time the phase came around, i had to pay over 100,000 credits for travelling, and had to go thru coronet..then endor.... now with JTL travel is free...and there is direct travelling from dath to end.... so..shut your trap......

I just did this quest this week. THis by far is the worst quest i have had to do. It had nothing to do with jedi, swg, nor fs. 6k trip to village, 6k trip to starport, trip to corellia, trip to endor, 3.5km ride to wp, 3.5km ride back to starport, trip to corellia, trip to dath, 6km trip to village. Repeat 6 times.
The only thing i can think of is this is the " learn tohave patience " part of being a jedi.
