On the phase 4 M defense quest:

Enemies will attack the village every 2 hours, you must kill 50 Sith Outlaws and 25 Sith Lieutenants. This must be done twice (talk to the Captain after you get the "task completed" message and he will give you the mission again), upon completion of the second set you unlock BOTH CP - R.Speed and ER - M.Defense . [Might have to do it yet again for the reward]....

if you group with others and do the killing does it count for everyone? or just 1 person get credit for each mob killed?

Yes I know its still a ways to phase 4, but trying to make preperations now.... if only 1 person gets credit for each mob killed I will just get enough exp to fill up 1 box of m defense and r speed(useless I know but I just want 6 boxes as fast as possible) in case you do still get both unlocked for doing this quest, then I will grind up to master doctor and drop my marksman skills... however if all in the group get credit for the kills, then I wont worry about it and will continue to try to fill all my branches I have obtained to date.

Hello-

Yes, I am aware that the Captain's quest is bugged, and yes, I received the 'bugged' message after I completed my task.

However, I noticed in my combat log that I did receive a message stating that I unlocked ranged speed (ithink). I talked to Pameos and he too listed that skill as something I could now train in. I did not receive any quest reward, and I did not receive any notification from a CSR after I sent in my ticket- which was polite by the way.

My question is this- even though the Captain continues to give me the 'bugged' message, since Pameos recognizes the unlocked skill now (which was not there prior to phase 4)- does the 'system' recognize it as well?

to find out for sure, go and try to train in the skill for that tree

Ok, for the village assault mission for Capt. Sarguillo, can you spread it out over several days (getting several kills in a day, log out, then come back and continue another time) or do you have to get it done all at once. I ask because I want to complete this before the phase change, but real life has really messed up how much I can play lately, and won't get back to normal until after the phase changes....what do you guys think?

i think u can,but all u need is a good group an u can do it in a spawn or 2,i did it last night in one an ahalf spawns,not that hard,but i did have a good group with me with a few jedi's,an one kept healing me an not fighting,which helped alot. it does count down when u do them so i am sure u dont need 2 do them this phase.As a said only take about a hour or2 to do it anyway.

since the release of CU has anyone here done the phase 4 quest too kill 50 sith and 24 sith pirates? If so how easy/hard is that if u have a group with you?

It was easy as you only need to lay 1 hit on each one the group kills to register the kill.
