Thread: Effectiveness of Scatter Hit

Would it be preferable to one hand hit 2 or 3 as a multi-pool damager?
One hand hits target ONE of the pools, basically at random, while scatter hits target all 3 pools and split the damage up between them. So, if, for instance, you're trying to hit your target's action pool, a one-hand hit MIGHT get it while a scatter hit WILL get it, just for less damage.
i use it for melee pvp generally and iv noticed it does 50% health damage 30%action 20%mind approx

Not unless ham cost is a problem, scatter hit is all but worthless in actual dps vs the other attacks.
The only bonus is, as someone stated, it does part dmg to action and mind, however at double the swing speed, so.. Duno, depends on what your fighting.
I removed it from my bar within 2 hrs of using mstr fencer, I use the hit 3 and body hit 3 if I speceficly need to hit the health poor, hit 3 is no delay so it averages out (even with the non-health pool hits) to more then body 3

scatter hit 2 has been known to ignore armor/special defenses (85% kinetic andother people'sdodge/block modifiers meaning nothing)...shhhhhhhhhh don't tellour victims or it will be added to the nerf list as I can't imagine thisbeing intentional.Who says I have toswitch from my 340damagegaffi to my stunner and drain my mind with specials? If you can't figure out the value in that, I don't know what to tell ya.
