Anyone other fencers having issues with dizzy not sticking to MOBs after you do posture change attack(1hmeleelunge1 I think)? I can dizzy them all day long, but the second I put them on their knees, the dizzy goes away. And if I try to dizzy them again while they're down, it only sticks for .5 a second. I see the icon and -poof-!

thats the devs answer to geo cave spawn bug. They noticed swordsman were having an easier time because they PD/Dizzy...so now, alot of mobs have an insta heal on dizzy as soon as they get posture changed..

Holy crap, you gotta be kidding me! TKA has the deadly dizzy/KDcombo yet thedevs nerf ours?!? Let me guess, the infamous crybaby plea of "my2000 point 1.0 speed attack has kinetic resist! Boohoo!" Has it also been changed for PvP? Thanks though for the reply.

Nada, they only made this fix on mid range mobs, like Mercs in the Geo Cave and all the NPC's on Lok. Try doing dizzy/pd on a Nym's guard...as soon as he kneels, the dizzy heals..I noticed it while messing around when a friend was putting down some harvesters. If they get kd'ed by a tk, you can still get them to flop, but it's a whole lot harder, since only TK has a kd...well, Master Brawler does also..
No change has been made to it in pvp, since pvp is a player, that only affects mobs..

I noticed this aswell in the Squill Caves, dont ask why i was trying Dizzy Posture Change on em

The attack still works in PvP effectively though. Tested and confirmed.

The pirates on Lok keeps falling down (looks like KD) to me when I don't even use PD. I only use Dizzy, and I'm not even a master brawler. I like it off course, but since I dont do PD nor have KD, they really should'nt fall like that. LOL!

I just started fencer last week and I've noticed this on every mob I came across, not just mid-level mobs. Baffled me. I asked my guildmates about it, and they all thought I was crazy 
If you do a posture down, then a dizzy, you're ok, although this isn't the ideal attack order.

Well a pretty resonable explenation to this is that you cant make creature mobs do the fliflop
Tried it several times as a carbineer with dizzy/kd and just couldnt get the darned things to stay down. Then i got informed that this doesnt work on creatures at all, and after a whole lot of testing myself i can conclude that this is true
