incase you were talking about creatures not NPC's the devs nerfed the dizzy/kd (PD) on creatures. so far for me all npcs still fall and do the flop to the dizzy/kd however creatures will always heal the dizzy before standing up. dont ask me why but its been like that for about 4 months, so just incase you WERE talking abotu creatures, its completly normal
