no...we all know we have one...it just sucks so bad that its not worth using. if the max damage is less than half the damage of the gaddi, there is no point.

what he said...I alsothink they should make the curved sword ap 1. It's damage is near the gaffi stick and the only real difference is the ham costs. AP 1 would make up for the ham costs imo and make the curved sword and gaffi stick not quite identical... but equally effective in different situations.. (gaffi = ham effective while maintaining decent damage/curved sword = damage dealer)

no no noyou don't need or deserve an ap one weapon it would make you far to powerful and unbalance you so that you would become the rifleman of the melee world you allready have one of the bestt melee profs with regards to pvp and pve tanking if you had th edmg and thedef you would be unblanced one is th etrade off for the other

No offense, but why should Fencer be relagated to pve tanking? What about those of us that play solo and don't group very often? How about those of us that like challenging ourselves by trying to go after the baddest mofo's in the game solo? While I really do like fencer quite a lot, it's annoying that it can take 20-30mins to kill something that I can take apart in under a minute with my rifleman character. No doubt, a better AP1 weapon is needed with Fencer. Should they decide to take away some of our def to make it happen, I'm all for it.

HELL NO DONT TAKE AWAY OUR DEFENSES ARE YOU CRAZY...our defenses keep us ALIVE, allowing us to hardly even get hit in pve or duels(well against a tkm...ur still gonna get it). I would rather keep our defenses than get another ap1. If you guys think that damage/ap will make up for losing dodge, def vs kd, dizzy, initimidate etc...then...you might as well go to swordsman...

Nope, I'm not crazy at all. I didn't say take away all our defenses, perhaps a little if need be to get a better AP1 weapon. I'll let my 90% armor take up the slack should they drop our defenses a little slow. I really don't care about pvp since a lot of those that do it non-stop are nothing but chest pumping kids. Either way, I'd just love to have a weapon that can actually damage a few of the higher HAM things in the game.

This profession doesn't cater to just your needs and it's selfish to think so. Just as you think pve is important... there are others who view pvp as more important. There's nothing wrong with our defenses and why change something when there isn't a problem?

Regardless of who thinks what is important or not, more pve than pvp. That's a fact. All the same, I don't have a problem with people pvp'ing, do as you will. While I characterized a lot of pvp'ers as chest pumping kids, that's my experience. I'm in no ways lumping all of them into that same category.
No kidding, no profession caters to anyones needs. They are as they are and will be until something is changed or is never changed. This is a forum bud, people express things they would like and what not. It's a place for open ideas.
I said I'd be willing to trade off some defense though for a better AP1 weapon. I still stand by that. While their might not be anything wrong with our defenses, the point I was shooting for is that there is a problem with our offense. Again, that's my opinion, wrong or right.
