its totally legit, some of the acklay bones are wacked.

That is completely possible if you have the right Acklay bone. I know of two on Valcyn's server sitting on a vendor right now with higher min damage than max.

Aaklay bones make it so min is higher than max sometimes, its really funny on some.

You know the min could be 1,000,000 but if the max is only 300 it'll only hit people for 300 damage. The only thing having a high min then max does is totally rule out melee mitigation from your blows.

so with a min higher then a max does it always hit for the same amount? What happens to the dmg when it is like this.. do they actually switch rolls and max becomes min and vice versa?

I have a 430 to 806 3.0 sliced, about 930 after powerup, its exceptional
