You cant roll higher than the weapons max damage, even if the minimum exceeds it.

sweet man, be carefull with it though!! I've hear the CSR's are confiscating wepons with higher min then max calling them exploits. Which totaly sucks and is wrong but that's another topic, cool weapon though.

if the min > max, the they swap around, and the max is the min, visa versa.
