it depends on, shockingly enough, the skill of the player.

If a tk spams UAKD2 on me, like most of them do, Its an easy win.

If you have a tk who knows their profession, from novice brawler on up, they will more than likely take the match.

Thanks Koc for your information, men you are fast at replying.

Oh well, I am just not too sure which path to take cos I witness some TKM can solo on taking some big creatures like rancorsand also they do very well in PVP be it to a kimo or a person. I am also actually quite attracted to the damage it can dish out like 3000+ per sec.

there is lots saying here...... i can spank tka masters about half the time. it all depends on where you set yer hams and weapons/race ect.

i also happen to have some kick ass skill mod tapes. so it helps. i think tka with no other profession vs fencing with no other profession would be a tka winning shoe in. tka is much too powerful for such few skill pts.

so if you have lots of KD defense and defense vs DIZZY youll own tka all day and maybe finally people will get off the tka bandwagon. btw that means people will join the fencing bandwagon.

really, it all depends on the tkm, im about 50-50 in duels with them, because half of them know the profession, half are noobs that dont know the first thing about it.

Fencer is definately the way to go for PVP but for PVE I would never give up my TKA skills.

Well it depends largly on the skill of the duelists, personally i havent lost a duel to a Teras Kasi Master for a month or so now. However the flavor of the month is templates and this has a big part on it say the Teras Kasi is a Rifleman and Fencer aswell as his Teras Kasi abillities then you would be hard pushed to deafeat him without an "uber" template yourself.

The tactis i use when dueling said oppenents is to blind them followed by an intimidate and both bleeds this does nt change regardless now if they are using knucklers then i wait for them to spam themselfs to death, however a vast amount of Teras Kasi do not use knucklers as the ham costs are very high. If this is the case then i use Scatter Shiak otherwise known as Scatter hit two, this move is undodgeable unblockable and uncounterattackable it is also impossible to evade although combat spam shows you as evading but still taking the damage(this is the same with any move hiting all three pools). I do have one of the uber templates so you may find this tactic more difficult than me in also it is very hard to knockdown me so i dont have to worry about Charging Wampa or Sleeping Krayt. If you do not have an uber template then a good way of deafting Teras Kasi is to setup the following macro:

/melee1hblindhit2;

/warcry1;(warcry2 if you have master brawler)

Now if this sticks then you have ten secondsor twenty with warcry2 to use dizzy followed by lunge which could be used in the following macro:

/melee1hdizzyhit2;

/melee1hlunge1; or two, the difference being that two is a full knockdown move and one only pushes the person to a kneeling posture (it may be /melee1hlungehit1 but im not entirley sure)

I use the second blind and dizzy moves for the added damage caused. The second macro is not the best because if dizzy does not stick then lunge will not result in a knockdown. So its better to do manually. In the 10 seconds delay it is also helpful to intimidate apply bleeds etc. If warcry2 is used then the oppenent is as good as dead by the time the delay has worn off.

how about to counter the spamming of unarmhit 3?? yes, we have 1hand hit 3, but the unarm toughness of TKM just reduce the damage signifigantly

Intimidate and Blind counter that as it results in reduced damage and more misses.

anyone help me setup the COB loop macro? forget who posted bout it but they have COB setup to auto restart everytime it goes down.

also, i use stun baton and makes a world of difference in duels ive found out.

i never have used scatter hit in a duel, does it really work that well? i mean is that effcient? i wasnt aware it would land no matter what, main reason i didnt use it was because it hit 3 pools and i guess iw as tryin to concentrate on one pool, have had success with 1hdd body hit 2, lower ham costs and u can spam the crap outta it, very fast also.

ive beat couple TKMs and have also had my arse handed to me by em, would like to get the potential i can outta Fencer

/center;

/pause 35;

/macro center

Cal you macro center and this should loop it although im not entirley sure of the timing, you may need to play with the pause length.
