With fencer only? Burst run up to them. In order to get both a disease and a poison stacked on ya they will have to have stood still for at leaste 8 seconds from when they threw the first poison. Then do what you would do to anyone else... Grab your stun and use whatever combo you normaly use on someone. Ignore the poison and disease unless you want to die first. Your job is to close the distance and kill them before they can pull out the rifle.
Had this happen to me many times in PvP although normaly I could avoid it.
With the TKA dabbling you can cure yourself of the poison/disease/wounds afterwards.
With Master Brawler you gain several useful PvP tactics...Intimidate 2-sticks more often and lasts longer. Lunge2 is pretty much a KD from 20m, since Rifleman blow up close they will kite you like its going out of style. Not to mention you'll have four weapons to knock em down with so that pesky 30 second timer need not apply
They have to target you first then there is a 4 second delay while we throw our poisons. During that 4 seconds we are rooted and cannot move at all. Most CM's dont have this famed 95m stuff and if they do its very very weak (all experimentation would go into the range portion and not the actually DoT) especially since you have to use the cream of the crop materials in the subcomponents. You also have a full 10sec before you even take any sort of damage hit so unless its been enhanced byrare venom. The second you see a blue ball flying or know that we are a CM hit your burst run hotkey and make a beeline right for us. Burst run + 4sec is enough to get within range of a CM and slap us with a posture downthen follow up with a dizzy in that order. There is also burst run food that lowers the HAM cost and the time necessary to use it again. I highly recommend you get it as us CM have it as a hotkey instead of the /burstrun button.
As a MCM I have no defense against anything you throw at me so its pretty much guaranteed to land unless he/she is a pistoleer and/or has chef state foods (there is nothing vs. posture down in foods). Lunge2 isn't affected by chef foods as its considered a posture down x2 hence the knockdown effect. Since being a CM is mind usage intensive we are usually stacking our mind with brandy and sometimes canape which leaves no room for the heavy heavy filling anti knockdown drink (which tk's love). If you're not wearing a stun layered helmet then thats just too bad as its a must in pvp (not all CM's are riflemen and not all riflement are CM's). You can take off that mind heavy thing after you've put us in a dizzy deathloop and spam your specials. Although if the CM was crazy enough to go carbineer...uh..pray your defense vs. dizzy works fast enough to clear the dizzy effect from his /chargeshot=dizzy/kd (at least you're not on fire)
Fighting a CM is all about getting the drop on them first since thats pretty much what we have to do all the time. If I dont get a poison off first I'll get kd or pd/dizzy by just about any melee or headshoted by some other class. Once again, I have no defenses against any of your attacks except those I pick up from the ranged profession I'm required to master (dont have points for much else) so once you get past the armor resists it all pretty much will lands. I recommend vibroblades over gaffi's due to the armor piercing.
The big bad Combat Medic isn't as bad as many people make us out to be. 1 on 1 we get owned frequently if we rely on our happy blue balls too much. As a rifleman I do more mind damage with a jawa in a fight than with poison. We excel in group as we can get lost in the crowd easily and let the poisons go to work. Think smart and use the info I provided here and you'll eat a CM easy.

Oh forgot to add that there is new chef food that gives resistances to poison and disease. It comes from the entree 1 tree of chef and is called Cho-Nor-Hoola. There are also rings that give resistances to disease as well. Just be happy I have a fencer on another server.
Mr. Xing please disregard all of this data. I will have a special acklay enhanced mind disease set and ready for all of you scum SYN players and will exact judgement on you all for the act of killing and camping the cantina and medical centers. Both of which I consider nuetral grounds and an despicable act whether reb or imp.
