WOW... This is just too odd...

As you know Minerunner, You have done an excellent job at pushing fixes and content for our profession and I hope that he who succeeds you intends to do that as well. Enjoy Blue Glowie Island

I knew this day was coming, but it still sucks to see you go. Thanks for everything that you've done for us. Thanks for being a leader, and for many of us, thanks for being aa friend.

Sorry to see you step down. You've done a great job representing your community...not only on this board.

Good luck with those private reasons.

Huh.. No offense butI wish you would have done this earlier. It would have been nice to have a pvper as our correspondent.. again no offense, but you really dont strike me as someone who should be the mouthpiece for one of the main pvp profession in the game. Although with the 'curb' comming down on us now it doesnt matter much anyway.

I'm new to the fencer comunity but I'd like to wish you the best of luck with whatever it is which has brought on this decision. I'm sure your contributions will be missed by those who've been here longer than I.

No offense, but if we had a PvP'er as a correspondent, then I would've quit being a Fencer, altogether. Each Correspondent we've had has looked out for the community, not just the needs for certain folks out there, and to me, that's made being a Fencer enjoyable. There's nothing from stopping people from posting their finding about PvP'ing with Fencer in these boards. Well, I'm sure it would've been more than welcome by a few of us here.

Fencer is what you make of it, not what it should be. My 2 cents...

Ebum,

For the record, just because I'm not a gank fest enjoying griefing PVP'r does not mean that I don't and haven't tested and retested every single aspect of Fencers and PVP. I know PVP better than 90% of the PVP'rs. I know it's ins and outs, it's problems and it's positives. And I did this BECAUSE of PVP Fencers within this community.

So to say that I didn't represent the PvP Fencers properly is only showing your ignorance of what it means to be a Correspondent and my actions as one. So I've never been one for screaming about some PvP bug/exploit in the GCW Forum. I actually like to think I represented my community better overall because I didn't focus on one side of the game or the other.

But you are entitled to your oppinion.

To the rest of the posters here, especially Poppabear without whom we wouldn't have even gotten Raphayl's memorial denied by legal, Thank you. You are the reason I served this community. You are the people who Raphayl was so very proud of. And the people I'm so very proud of.

That was a bit harsh... take some constructive criticism without lashing out.

What ebum said was in no way constructive. He was pretty much just saying that MR hadn't done a good job which from what I have seen of his work is simply not true. It's not fair to say something like that about somebody imo. MR seems to have done a very good job, just give him credit for that and let it go. If you weren't happy with the way he was representing the comunity so what; he's stepping down now anyway so there's no need to bad mouth him when many others clearly think he has done a fine job.
