I just picked this up:

Curved Sword - 64-150 damage, 2.0 attack speed, Wound chance 31.5%, accuracy +8's, HAM's 32/57/40

w00t. I got a killer Ryyk, butI found a curved sword that was nearly as good, but for much higher speed andlower HAM costs.

Stats (unsliced):

Damage 78-168

Speed: 2.4

Range: +10s all across

Wound: 32.7%

HAM: 31/57/40

Now I've got something I can say is as good as those that you guys have. *grins*

do the resources on other servers suck that badly?

i have a 93 - 212 2.3 speed CURVED sword.

i hit for 900+ with 1handhit1

Still haven't made novice fencer, but right now i use the following....

Vibro blade

37-155 Damage

1.8 Speed

16/28/16 ham costs, sliced for speed and

43-170

2.5 speed

16/27/16, sliced for damage

Quilak La'Veer--Starsider: I got this weapon from Merchant on Tatooine, then got it sliced for speed.

Curved 1 Handed Sword--74-168, 1.6 speed, 32.7% wound chance, 31 53 40 HAM. I love this sword. BTW.... Fencer / Doctor combo is the ultimate... Master doctor and just got novice fencer, I can take on pretty high monsters, just time the heals and make a /healdamage self hotkey and you are almost invincible. Make sure you got lots of focus and willpower though.... dont wanna get mind incapped. Anyways, I'm sure theres a better sword, but mines good too =D.

The only thing that stops me from getting a vibroblade is that it doesn't look like a real fencing weapon. It's not a sword, it's a bloody knife!

Heh, well, my vibro's saved my ass plenty. Besides, it actually fits with my character. He *would* have been a true Fencer...had the Empire not murdered his family and his teachers. He...kinda snapped, so every now and thne he's a crazy knife-wielding psycho who hides out in the back alleys. ;X

your master wep smiths must be alot farther along than sunrunner.. here the vibros r still in the 120s in damage.

perhapps the resoourses arent available yet either... not sure

either way im still inching up the tree toward master.... prolly going to have to give up master dancer tho ....that will hurt..

152-259 gaffi, 3.7 -5, -7, -5 sliced for dam (wanted speed though)

I currently have a Ryyk blade that is 70-166 and 2.5 sp unsliced. It took along journey and about 100 PC shops on 4 planets to find this thing, and I'm still looking. Scylla server is loaded with Master weaponsmiths but few focus on advancing melee weapons.
