1. Extend 1-handed Weapons range.
2. Alter the speed cap for Fencers. (0.5 suggested)
3. Give us a method of stopping/slowing Fleeing opponents.
4. Lower HAM costs.
5. Improve Dodge.
6. Melee/Ranged Defense and One-handed Toughness.
