Thread: A Fencer pwned my Jedi Knight. Hilarious
MY GOD!!!
If you think fencers are so godly and uber, i hate to say this because there are already enough of us but...BECOME ONE!!!!
If you really think we are soooo good, just make a fencer character!!

As if Devs would nerf Fencer because of what someone writes on these forums lol. If Fencer gets nerfed its because the majority of players feel that it needs to be nerfed and to keep players happy they will do what is necessary.
As far as your profile, it means nothing. Anyone can type anything they want in there such as they work for Nasa ect..
I wasnt asking for your age. It was meant as commenting on the maturity of your trolls on others posts if comprehended CORRECTLY. But its obvious you have comprehension problems and only wish to see things in YOUR way because YOUR opinion is right and everyone elses is WRONG.
So you pretty much asked a rhetorical(you do know what that means right). And last I knew Fencers are one of the least damaging professions in this game, I mean only one, that's right one AP weapon that does little to no damage. Our one viable PvP weapon needs Looted components to make it worth the HAM cost of it, not to mention it is AP0.
About the Forums.....they made seperate profession forums for each profession so each person that is that profession can go to the forums to get advice, discuss, and even complain. I feel that Jedi's that have a problem should go to the Jedi forum to discuss, complain, get advice. But be it as it may, you guys come to the Fencer forums to complain about your profession, even though you think that you are complaining about Fencers.
Every Jedi that has posted about getting "Pwned" by another profession, in the respective professions forums are taking the fight there for no reason, you will not find comfort here, go to YOUR profession's forums and deal with it there. Have YOUR forum's Corrospondent address the issue with the dev's.

Last time i checked...(let me check again...) Yep the thread says A FENCER pwned my Jedi Knight. Being that its about Fencers I see no reason why this person shouldnt be able to make a thread here. You dont own these forums. If I want to make a thread on here talking about Dancer I can and would.
Fencers are supposed to be one of the least damage dealing professions in the game because of the defense they have to make up for it.
Are they currently low damage dealers? No. And to say that you either dont pvp or are just lying out your ass.
Stun batons have ap0 blah blah blah. Whats your point? Stun is considered a special damage type becuase its the least resisted. Stun batons have no problem against ppl wearing comp armor without stun resist and even if they have stun resist on their armor it still cuts right through.
All I hear from fencers is "just get some stun armor and a personal sheild gen and stop whining" Why should we have to get special armor and a shield gen just to have defense against you? Are you special? Hell not even Jedi gets a special damage type.
To say that Fencer isa low damage dealer is b.s. Even with a normal stun baton I had no problem doing damage to someone wearing full comp and now the added stun batons with acklay bones just makes it worse. You say does everyone have 400 damage stun batons? No. But on my server all the pvp fotm Fencers have good acklay stun batons.
Oh and lets not forget the scatter bug as mentioned before.

Exactly, in which comes to my point of argument with you. Trolling anothers posts saying that they are just complainers and whiners doesnt make you any better.

This person is a paying customer and can post anything he or she wishes. You dont have more of a right to these forums than this person just because you are a Fencer.
There are people that come to the Jedi forums complaining all the time. Do I troll them? No. Do I tell them to go back to their own forums? No. Am I in charge? No.

Wow, I guess you could call that an easy way. To me it seems that is one hell of a fight and both fighters new what they were doing. I think that when two extremely talented fighters get together it is going to go either way. Think about it. A master of Tae Kwon Do is going to have a huge technical advantage over some one that is in UFC. But someone that has been street brawling for the entire life at the level of competition is going to have a shot at taking down the Tae Kwon Do guy. When two good fighters get together anything can happen if they both know what they are doing.

you will ofcourse activate your center of being skill...use blind on the jedi...and this will make him miss you 19 out of 20 hits..so now you that your defense is okay..let's look into offense...AHH the lovely bugged scatterhit2
(( the way for a jedi to counter this is to intimidate you...but unlike the brawler intimidate...ours is a force power(mind-blast) that can be dodged by your COB and the accuracy affected by blind..it will costs us 200 force to use or we can use force-intimidate (costs 400 force so a bad choice)..that gets quite costy since we have to use it about 10-20 times before it sticks(based on luck or bad luck) and we need that force power to spam headhit ))
you're spamming intimidate/blind/dizzy/posture change/scatterhit2 on the jedi with your 400 dam acklay baton...trust me.. you will be hitting for about 300-600 damage...not 30-60..ofcourse he could be eating synthsteaks wear a psg and stun armor..but imperial PSG's don't work half the time and if they do you demolish it in a few hits and the synthsteak effects eventually wear off
the jedi will have 2 options..forcerun2 away or die a horrible death to a overpowered FOTM profession
So you're saying that a Swordsman should be able to defeat a Dark Jedi Master 1vs1?

I'm surprised this topic is still alive with all the finger pointing and flaming going on. It's obvious Jedi players are ticked about being smacked around by a hybrid fencer and the Fencers are ticked because the Jedi want them to be nerfed.
Sure, Jedi are great and powerful and awesome and whatnot, but I don't think they should be the be all-end all melee type profession. If anything the Teras Kasi should be more of a match for a Jedi than a Fencer, but this is SWG, where things that are supposed to be, usually aren't.
I just think there are better things we can discuss than nerfing a profession that is balanced and working and the ills they are supposedly bringing the hyper elite class of warriors in the galaxy. I personally think there are other classes that cause more problems than fencer hybrids, but that's just my opinion.
