Thread: master fencer + master pistoleer > everything

you may be right as just a master pistoleer.
however, all master fencer/master pistoleers will change to their 1-handed weapon AND put on CoB if attacked by a melee opponent. and yes, you can attack while you dodge. so these are the possible scenarios: you fight a ranged guy, you pull out your pistol,dodge most of hisshotsWHILE you are attacking. you win. another scenario: you're fighting a melee opponent. you start withyour pistol and get a few hits off to begin with, switch to your 1-handed weapon when the opponent gets close, slap on CoB, and the opponent willalmost neverhit you. you win.
therefore, the only way to counter this would be taking up both master fencer and master pistoleer, and like i've said, this makes one (unless you count the swordsman/carbineer and pikeman/rifleman)template that will always win.

i think i will go TKA some for the meditate, may be ill go pistols for the dodge...+210 dode has gotta be uber, combined with CoB and 60% kinetic ubese id bet you could pve any creature in the game solo almost and most of the npc's
if you went master pistols and master fencer you would get all that mitigation too vs melee AND ranged, but im not sure if the pistol mitigation only works while you ahve a pistol out.
on eclipse there is a rodian by the name of scorned....a master pistoleer, brawler, and fencer...he is a VERY good pvp guy...yet i have beaten him a time or 3. no rules on the duels...so warcry, intimidation, and bleeds were able to be used, aslo heals. this was the longest duel i have ever had....we both used warcry2 2x each. with me victorious...the pistoleer/fencer combo can be beaten.

just letting you know that they can be beaten...just gotta blind that guy and level the playing field ![]()
devs should make it so you can only get the bounses with that weapon for instance, there is pistol dodge and their is fencer dodge u dont get both in the same category, that should balance it out
Don't know what you been smoking but in every instance where I did CoB while meleeing and then switched to pistol CoB left me... soon as I equiped my pistol CoB poofed.

as far as swordsman i used to be one, and i could take out 2 krayt dragons at once with mind bleeds! i never once complained about how we were bad in pvp, being able to do that was more than enough to make the prof worthwhile, on the other hand fencers are meant to be duelers, one of our titles is duelist for christsake we only get those uber dodge bonuse from going into pistol, a lot more points than 92! plz for all you whining band wagon jumping tkms that someone can actually beat you every so often please i have some advice for you
