In a fight Between a pure fencer(no defence stacking what so ever or master brawler) and a pure tka the tka will win everytime unless they are both non buffed the fencer is wearing very heavy kinetic armor and the tka is spamming attacks until he kills himself.

fencers rip through composite
if the TKM and fencer are buffed and in composite, the fencer will rip the TK apart
with a stun baton of course
