Why not?
A Fencer has 2 choices, Stun or Kinetic. Let's say your Gad is 30% higher damage then your stun baton. So that means that against any mob that has 30% more resist in kinetic then stun, your better off with a stun baton.
If your a Fencer and your not using a stun baton in PVE, your really hurting yourself.
