Thread: You guys are trying too hard.
At this point I'm not entirely concerned with who gets the Correspondant ... but more-or-less, I want the Correspondent to know the relevant issues, knows what I am looking for in the profession along with what is needed for the community itself. Frankly, sitting on your hands not doing SOMETHING for the better sake of the community is far worse than trying your hardest to attempt to look good for your app.
Ask any veteran fencer how long I've been a part of this community and you'll understand that everyone has their opinions. I've written a NEARLY completed PvP Guide for Fencers and even that wasn't enough.
Psychologically speaking, someone who tries to kiss up for a position isn't GREAT PR image, but let me ask you guys this:
Would you want someone elected correspondent that hardly posts here or adds positive input on important issues? I wouldn't.

Hmmm, never thought of it like that, and I hope I don't sound like that. Like everyone else, I'm concerned with what happens here, but for a moment, I forgot it was a game, and it's supposed to be fun. My bad.
And I apology to anyone if I came off like an ass, or sounded mean. It's not my style.
