Have you PvP'ed lately? Intimidate+stun=One dead fencer, or even just intimidate for that matter. Once those are applied, I rarely dodge another attack. So in the end, I'm easy to hit, and I can't do any damage, hmm...

the big argument is that our ONLY AP1 weapon is weak and near useless. Most if not all fencers would like a decent damage AP weapon, something that can get a Min dmg above 100. Its the gaps in the min-max that kill a weapon in my opinion.

Oooooooh... Cool. Never thought about that. It would definitely fit our profession pretty well.
Katana = finesse
Broadsword = lack there of.
Only prob is, we and swordsman already have one.
One handed curve sword and Two handed curve sword = katana.
Ours doesnt really look like a katana though. More of a dagger. I would like a somewhat cool looking weapon however.

Making the curved sword AP1 would be the better answer. No need to add new graphics and animations just code it to AP1. The damage output if already pretty nice but still below swordsman and pikeman and the HAM costs are already evenly balanced.
If need be just call it a vibro curved sword.
1. A one handed chainsaw
2. One of those turkey electric knives
3. Vibro-Butterknife
My serious suggestion:
1. Make the Gaffi Stick AP1. It has a spike after all, that has to count for AP.

I also seem to recall one of them where we jump up and do a two handed hit with hit with our weapon. Even with a spiked gaffi stick its not penetrating a whole lot.
