With scatter hit 2 in fencer you will land a lot of mind damage, not just health.

defensive acuity doesn't stack with dodge, block or counterattack as all those things are weapon specific

if you pick up 2 weps that BOTH have block or dodge or counterattack, such as being a:
Fencer and Pistoleer
Rifleman and Pikeman
Carbineer and Swordsman

then you will get the stacked dodge or block or counterattack when wielding a weapon of either of those professions

However, defensive acuity isn't found in any other classes. It's TK specific, meaning it will only apply when you're unarmed or wielding VKs

actually you don't hit the mind very hard and the hits are rather weak, add to that the helm is most likly the most stun protected piece of armor this person has on and that it would most likekly have about 80% kinetic at least, and you're looking at very little mind damage. You would do more mind damage spamming hit3 (since it's random pool damage you get a few mind hits)

yeah, bc carbineer since creation has the least amount of benefits than the other professions. ESPECIALLY in pvp.

so wth is defense acuity for then it just sounds useless now......

Yer why would you be a Fencer/TKM? Thats just so wrong....*Looks at sig* Oh,


with Thatkillo I get 171 Kd defence.


I have 133 Range / 136 Melee defence

I still get hit by rifleman sometimes! But not always (just run inside if you are gettting shot at)



I like my template TKM/Fencer/Master Brawler/3340 Medic

Ill give this guy credit because he is right about the tk boost to dodge.

My last melee template was

Master Fencer
TK 4304
Master Brawler
Pistoler 0040
Novice Medic

It does make you almost unhitable as well as increses your melee defences, which make it easier to solo dangerious things IE. Krayt.

The template basicly makes you very hard to hit. you also have over 100 kd defence. alot of dizzy stun, and blind defencers as well. all in all this is the best template i ever put down and even today being a fencer/bh i miss being able to drop any melee profession i ran into.

Master Defender.. Master Enhancer

But seriously, I was thinking master enhancer/defender and 0044 sabers, because I'm crazy like that. Any thoughts?

For grinding, I'd hit MLS first, and grind defender first, then enhancer and drop sabers as I go..

I don't know, I'm still grinding on DB4.

If you are only going to go 0044 in sabers dont waste 9.2 million on mastering sabers in the first place only to drop it.


Once you master sabers I bet you dont drop it.
